CNC Setter Cum Operator
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Set up and manage CNC machines for various tasks, including drilling, grinding, and milling.
Blueprint Interpretation: Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
Guideline Adherence: Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
Monitoring and Adjustment: Oversee the machines during execution, making necessary changes to improve results.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machine operation.
Skills: Proficiency in CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow precise instructions and ensure accurate production.
Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting issues during machine operation.
VMC Setter Cum Operator
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Review setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedures.
Blueprint Reading: Read and understand technical drawings to set up the machines accordingly.
Math Skills: Utilize advanced math knowledge for precise adjustments.
Overtime Flexibility: Be prepared for overtime as needed.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in VMC (Vertical Machining Center) setup and operation.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts.
