Detailed Job description
CNC Setter Cum Operator – Roles & Responsibilities
Setup and handle CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling٫ grinding٫ milling etc.
Read and implement specifications of the task at hand and the desired result
Manage raw materials and parts when working with the machines
Conduct test runs to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Monitor the working machines and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Review and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Supervise the machinery on a daily basis and maintain it properly
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading drawing.

Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Self Inspection report to be written as per the Control Plan frequency
Will be responsible for operating controls, setting offsets, editing programs and some deburring.

VMC 3axis 4 axis 5 axis operator , programmer, Setter
Hands on experience in Making Jigs & fixtures.
Hands on experience in selecting right tooling & manufacturing settings.
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Good communication abilities
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
Use overhead cranes
Must be able to produce quality parts in an error free work environment.
Will be responsible for operating controls, setting offsets, editing programs and some deburring.
Qualification and Experience
ITI / DME / NTTF/ BE Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years experiences
