| Detailed Job description | Hands on experience in programming for 3 and 5 axes by manual and using Master Cam software for wind mill components and aerospace components * Good knowledge in 3 and 5 axes VMCs and HMCs * Production planning, job scheduling, Machine maintenance * Good exposure in Tools selection *Hands on experience in Auto CAD, Solid works, MS office etc * CNC programming and machine setting * Having experience in End to End foundry CNC machine operations and process. * Good exposure in engineering drawings/GD&T * In-depth knowledge Engg. Drawing interpretations, tolerances, symbols etc * Hydraulic and Pneumatics clamping and drive system * Machining cost Estimation * In-depth knowledge in compliance with requirements of IATF 16949 like APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc Note: Salary will be at par with the best in the industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund |
