Detailed Job description | Role Name : Technician ( CNC Machine operator) Note: Qualification – Diploma and ITI 1) Perform the process as per Process Drawings and the observed and measured dimensions are recorded in TPI QC1. 2) Understand the process requirement as per process drawing and start the production for shift output. 3) Visually check the part after completion of machining as per standard to avoid visual defect. 4) Getting the first part approval from QC and settter and continue further production. 5) Frequently monitor the rated production as per planned cycle time to aviod production delay 6) Continiously monitor the dimension as per QC1-TPI, and correction based on the requirements. . 7) Maintaining 5’s in the working area and maintain as per check sheet. 8) Ensure the production and loss data avaliable in the job card and handover to the supervisor at the end of the shift. 9) Active participation in ESS & QCC for Defect Prevention & Detection.to reduce rejection. Handover the sample parts and Non conforming parts with part identification to inprocess quality. Regards M.
