| Detailed Job description | We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and tracking Quality activities. Responsibilities: 1) Line Inspection, Stage Inspection, Final Inspection. 2) Developing and implementing quality control systems. 3) Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. 4) Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. 5) Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. 6) Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. 7) Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues. 8) Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. 9) Reviewing, specifications, and processes. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering. 5 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills. Full job description 1) Well knowledge in CNC Machine Shop Quality Assurance, Drawing Study, CMM Programming, Customer handling, machining process 2) Knowledge and Knowledge in ISO audits.. 3) Day to day Rejection & Rework review with action plan and updated in SMS system. Handling of Customer Complaints respective units and In-house Non-Conformities Deviation & pending parts decision & Action taken. 4) Inspector inspection status verify the periodically 5) Weekly review meeting data prepared & co-ordinate with production team with action plan. 6) Plan and execute Product audits wherever required and co-coordinating during audits by Customers. Identify the need and implement appropriate Statistical Techniques across the company. 7) Ensure Periodic Calibration of all Measuring devices. 8) Effective interaction with other Departments / Customers to ensure products of acceptable Quality. 9) Authorized to stop production or Delivery in case of any deviations. 10) Identify the Need, Selection and Organize Measuring devices like instruments, gauges etc. Ensure Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection activities are taken place as per the plans. 11) Plan and execute process & product audits wherever required and coordinating during audits by Customers.
