| Detailed Job description | Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare and set up CNC router machines for production runs. Install the appropriate tools and materials. Calibrate the machine according to job specifications to ensure accuracy. Reading and Interpreting Blueprints and Technical Drawings: Understand and follow technical drawings or digital files (e.g., CAD/CAM files) to ensure the correct cutting paths, measurements, and designs are achieved. Programming: Program the CNC machine using software or manually input code to create specific cuts and designs. Ensure that the program is running smoothly, adjusting settings as needed. Material Handling: Select, load, and position raw materials (wood, plastic, metal, etc.) onto the machine bed. Ensure materials are securely clamped and aligned for accurate cutting. Machine Operation: Operate the CNC router to cut, carve, or shape materials according to specifications. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning and lubricating. Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, or software issues that may arise during operation. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Adjust settings or machine operations to correct any issues with the cut or design. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective equipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and machine malfunctions. .
