Detailed Job descriptionWe are looking for a skilled Mastercam Programmer with hands-on experience in programming CNC vertical machining centers. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating efficient 2-axis and 3-axis programs, optimizing cycle times, and supporting production with accurate machining strategies.
Role & responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam with a 3D file.
Develop 2-axis and 3-axis milling programs
Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and cycle times
Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D file and GD&T
Coordinate with production, Design and quality teams
Troubleshoot machining and program issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of Mastercam programming using a 3D file.
Experience with VMCs
Good understanding of machining processes and tooling
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Knowledge of shop-floor best practices and safety standards
Salary
As per industry standards, based on experience
Night shift work is required on alternate weeks.
Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
