| Detailed Job description | The Production CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The role requires setting up machines, loading materials, monitoring production, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines based on work orders and blueprints. Load raw materials and tools into machines accurately. Monitor machine operations to ensure production runs smoothly and meets quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify specifications. Record production data and report any issues or defects. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve production problems. Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for different production runs.
