| Detailed Job description | Job Title: CNC Programmer Key Skills: 1. Knowledge of CNC programming for milling, turning, and EDM machines. 2. Understanding of press tool dies, rubber and plastic mould design. 3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models. 4. Basic knowledge of machining operations and tool room equipment. 5. Tool path optimization and precision machining skills. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Prepare CNC programs for new dies, moulds, and components. 2. Carry out rework, modification, and maintenance-related machining as required. 3. Ensure correct selection of tools, speeds, and feeds for all CNC operations. 4. Coordinate with the Tool Room and NPD teams for timely development and changes. 5. Troubleshoot machining and dimensional issues to maintain accuracy. 6. Maintain CNC program records and ensure all jobs are completed on schedule.
